NINTH SCHEDULE:

⦁ Article=31B
⦁ Land reformes [list of laws w.r.t land]was done and abolition of ZAMINDARI SYSTEM.
⦁ its motive was to give land to landless labourers from Big landlords[Redistribution of land]
⦁ This schedule is added by the 1st AMENDMENT ACT 1951.IN this maximum limit of land to a person was fixed[done by states by ceiling AND other acts}.early this acts is protected from JUDICIAL REVIEW.
⦁ HOWEVER IN 2007 ,Supreme court ruled that we will question to 9th schedule on/after 1st april 1973 if they go against basic spirit of constitution

TENTH SCHEDULE:

⦁ This schedule is called ANTI-DEFECTION LAW
⦁ Article=102 and 191
⦁ added by 52th Amendment Act 1985.
⦁ provisions related to disqualification of members of parliament and state legislative members on ground of defection ,when:
⦁ a political party candidate changes his party after winning election
⦁ when a independent candidate joins Political party after winning

ELEVENTH SCHEDULE:

⦁ Articles=243-G
⦁ introduced on 73th amendment act of 1992 and enforced on 1993
⦁ part 9 of the constitution
⦁ authorities ,powers and responsibilties of PANCHAYAT[rural]
⦁ it has 29 voluntary functions[not mandatory because sometimes states have not enough funds] of panchayat

TWELFTH SCHEDULE:

⦁ Articles=243-W
⦁ added by 74th amendment act of 1993.
⦁ PART 9A of constitution
⦁ authorities ,powers and responsibilities of MUNICIPALITIES[cities]
⦁ it has 18 voluntary functions.they are not mandatory[due to lack of funds] of MUNICIPALITIES
